Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager provides client-centered advocacy and support to individuals enrolled in victim services housing programs, including the Empowering Choice Housing Program and the DV-Rapid Rehousing Program. This role supports participants in transitioning to safe, independent housing by providing case management, safety planning, housing navigation, and independent living skill development while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with Alaska Statute 18.66.200.

The Housing Case Manager works closely with clients to reduce housing barriers, coordinate community resources, engage landlords, track housing documentation and deadlines, and conduct housing inspections. Responsibilities also include facilitating groups, assisting with transportation to housing appointments, supporting move‑ins with household resources, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in required meetings and trainings. This full‑time, non‑exempt position reports to the Case Management Manager, offers a salary range of $24.00–$27.00 per hour, and may include evenings or weekends based on program needs.
