Case Manager - Foster Care

Case Manager-Foster Care Salary: $43,500 - $48,500

• Conducting home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes.
• Building relationships while using a strength-based approach with families and children.
• Partnering with referring agencies, schools, and community resources to serve the needs of families and children.
• Effectively responding to crises.

• A Bachelor’s degree
  • If degree is a Bachelor’s in Social Work, licensure is required

• At least one of the following:
  • 3 years of supervised, paid casework experience
  • 1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS
  • 1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work
