Child & Family Services. This may be a 10‑month or 12‑month position with a schedule aligned with the school calendar (August 1 – May 31).

• Provide school and community‑based case management, skills training/development, and other services to children and their families throughout assigned counties.
• Work with children and families referred from schools, the Department of Child Services, Juvenile Probation, System of Care, Southwestern assessment team and therapists, and other referral sources.
• Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect patient progress and document treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
• Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or a closely related field.
• Interest and ability to work with children with serious emotional problems and to work well in a team setting.
• Previous direct services with children or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance meeting Indiana State minimum coverage, and eligibility for company vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to pass required background checks (county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen).
