Truck Driver

The CDL Driver position in our Fairbanks, Alaska location serves as an interface with our valuable customers. The primary responsibilities of this role include friendly, helpful, and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers.

• Operate a box style straight truck, responsible for loading, securing, and delivering freight onto the vehicle.
• Deliver freight safely and in a timely manner, perform vehicle inspections for load and road safety according to company policy.
• Maintain company vehicle log and facilitate required maintenance.
• Follow all company safety policies along with OSHA and AKOSH regulations, AKDOT regulations, and other duties as assigned.

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL
  
  B) with 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Ability to drive a Standard transmission.
• Be able to manually lift up to 50 pounds and have forklift experience.
• Solid communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse and customer service experience is a plus.
