Flight Coordinator

As a Flight Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily passenger and cargo flight operations while helping ensure flights are organized, properly documented, and cleared for safe travel. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and stay organized under pressure. In addition to coordinating flights, this position also performs Flight Follow duties to support overall operational efficiency.

• Prepare and manage flight manifests for passenger and cargo travel
• Coordinate aircraft loads and communicate with Operation Control for flight clearances
• Monitor flights and assist with safe and efficient travel operations
• Perform Flight Follow duties including tracking aircraft movements and maintaining flight logs
• Communicate departure times, arrivals, and updates with village agents and operational teams
• Gather weather, traffic, and runway condition updates from local contacts
• Handle phone communication professionally and maintain accurate records

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Moderate to advanced computer knowledge and system navigation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work extended shifts, weekends, and operationally demanding schedules

• Hands-on experience in aviation operations and flight coordination
