Warehouse Associate

This role focuses on maintaining warehouse operations, ensuring accurate fulfillment, shipping, and storage of electrical products.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Accurate filling and checking customer orders
  • Shipping and receiving products
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Stocking shelves
  • Cutting wire
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
  • Possess a personal and professional vision of success in teamwork
  • Self‑motivated problem solver in a team environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness, and desire to improve skill level
  • Ability to learn use of handheld scanners and operating systems
  • Detail oriented
  • Completing EDGE in the first 30 days of employment
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
  • Use of forklifts and stock pickers
  • Warehouse environment
  • Usual 40‑hour work‑week Monday through Friday; evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires regular and reliable on‑site attendance
