Role SummaryStocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds; operating forklifts may also be necessary.
Responsibilities- Unload trucks and receive new freight.
- Move inventory in the backroom.
- Stock shelves and maintain aisle cleanliness.
- Assist customers when needed.
- Operate forklifts or other heavy machinery as required.
- Ability to lift or move over 50 pounds.
- Experience with forklift operation (preferred).
- Physical stamina for a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
