Wright Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Records / Receptionist to join our team in Fairborn, Ohio. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations while creating a welcoming experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain resident medical records in compliance with facility policies and regulations
• File, organize, and update medical documentation accurately
• Assist with admissions paperwork and administrative support tasks
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and correspondence
• Support various departments with clerical duties as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times

• Previous receptionist, medical records, or administrative experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
