Pride Staff is partnering with an established, family-oriented leader in home services to find a dedicated Customer Service Representative in the Greater Dayton area!

In this fast-paced call center environment, you'll be the friendly, empathetic voice helping local homeowners when they need it most.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls, text messages, and online service requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Schedule repair appointments and route technicians efficiently using dispatch software.
• Provide updates on job statuses, technician arrival times, and part orders.
• Accurately enter customer details, appliance descriptions, and notes into the CRM system.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and field service technicians.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years in customer service, call center operations, or dispatching (home services/trades experience is a bonus!)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills over the phone and text.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software and multiple computer screens.
• Mindset: Strong empathy, high attention to detail, and a talent for de-escalating stressful situations.
