Role Description

This is a contracted, on-site position for a Guitar Instructor located in Fairborn, OH. The Guitar Instructor will be responsible for teaching students of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, and developing personalized lesson plans. The role involves teaching guitar techniques, fostering a love for music, assessing students’ progress, and providing constructive feedback to support their growth as musicians.

Qualifications

• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that inspire and motivate students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge or experience in playing and teaching other instruments is a plus
• Background or formal education in music or related fields is preferred
• One year of teaching is preferred
