Position: Preschool Assistant – Special Ed. Assistant
Schedule: 8:50 a.m. – 3:50 p.m., Tuesday – Friday
Location: Fairborn Primary School
Salary: Starting Pay: $18.56 per hour, 6.5 hours per day
School Year: Tuesday through Friday, for the 2026-27 school year
Position Type: Full-time
Qualifications- Ability to communicate and work with disabled students.
- Must be Highly Qualified.
- Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma.
- Assist students with classwork.
- Assist teacher in planning and implementing daily schedule.
- Physically capable to do student transfers as necessary to maintain the care of students in the classroom.
- Meet the specific State and Federal Guidelines, associated with Preschool.
- Meet the qualification and/or criteria set by the State of Ohio Department of Education to obtain an educational aide permit (ORC ).
