We are looking for a relational, visionary pastor to lead the next generation by investing in students, young adults, volunteers, and parents while creating engaging environments where people encounter Jesus and take their next step.

We are looking for a relational pastor more than a programmer.

Someone who naturally walks toward people instead of waiting for people to come to them.

Someone who loves students enough to know their names, parents enough to earn their trust, volunteers enough to invest in them, and leaders enough to develop them.

The ideal candidate is energized by conversations in hallways, coffee shops, ball fields, school cafeterias, college campuses, and living rooms just as much as they are by standing on a stage.

They understand that ministry happens through relationships before it happens through events.

They believe volunteers are not simply helpers, they are shepherds.

They understand that parents are the primary spiritual influence in their children's lives, and they are passionate about partnering with families as they disciple the next generation.

Most importantly, they have a heart for helping people discover Jesus, grow in their faith, and become leaders who influence others.

• Vision and leadership for Middle School, High School, College, and Young Adult ministries.
• A strategy that helps students move confidently through every stage of the Next Generation Pathway.
• Recruitment, development, coaching, and shepherding of volunteer leaders.
• Parent partnership by equipping and encouraging families to disciple their children at home.
• Weekly worship experiences, small groups, retreats, camps, mission opportunities, and special events.
• Community outreach that builds meaningful relationships with local schools, students, and young adults.
• Leadership development that equips students and young adults to serve throughout the church.
• Collaboration with the Faircreek staff team to help fulfill the mission of the church.

• A growing and authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Passion for reaching students, young adults, and families who are far from God.
• Proven experience leading and developing volunteers and leaders.
• Strong communication, teaching, and relational skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and emotionally intelligent.
• Bachelor's degree required; theological or seminary training is preferred.
• Ministry leadership experience in student, college, or young adult ministry preferred.
• Fully aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Faircreek Church and comfortable serving within a North Point Partner Church philosophy of ministry.

This position is part of Faircreek's pastoral leadership team. Based on gifting, experience, and the needs of the church, opportunities may include teaching and preaching, pastoral care, leadership development, and helping shape the overall direction of Faircreek Church.
