Truly Hired is seeking a Special Education Assistant for Fairborn Middle School in Fairborn, OH. The role runs 7:25 am–2:55 pm, 7 hours a day, for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities include supporting disabled students and following teacher plans and IEPs.
Starting pay is $18.56 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma and pursuing or obtaining an Ohio educational aide permit (ORC ). Interviews may be limited.
