As a BCBA at PSBG, you will:
Conduct functional behavior assessments Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide parent training that empowers families Collaborate with schools and multidisciplinary professionals We value thoughtful clinical decision-making, not cookie-cutter programming and not unrealistic productivity expectations.
Current BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards Passion for client progress and team collaboration A positive, solution-oriented mindset If you care deeply about quality services and want to work somewhere that cares about you back then you’ll fit right in.
