We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Dietary Director to join our outstanding team of caregivers.

The Dietary Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dietary department to ensure residents enjoy nutritious, well-balanced meals prepared and served with the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. This role includes leadership, menu planning, compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaboration with our care team to meet individual dietary needs.

• Direct daily operations of the dietary department.
• Plan and oversee preparation of meals that meet residents’ nutritional needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Manage dietary staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain proper inventory control and vendor relationships.
• Oversee sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to meet therapeutic diet needs.
