• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or technical recruiting is a plus

• Additional experience with specialized recruitment software
• Strong network within targeted industries
• Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Prior experience recruiting for aerospace, defense, or highly technical roles

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Willingness to participate in occasional industry or career fairs
  
  Relevant certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., AIRS, SPHR) are advantageous
