Systems Administrator

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material, Industrial, Aerospace)
• 3+ years of systems administration experience
• 3+ years of network administrative experience
• Experienced troubleshooting network and systems issues
• One Drive and SharePoint experience

• Familiarity with Azure Gov or AWS Gov or other cloud services environments

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator for a direct hire opportunity in the Dayton, OH area. This resource will be joining an aerospace company to help the overall internal operations team. You will maintain computer networks and systems which include; mainframes, software, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware. You'll be installing and configuring network equipment and updates. Monitor computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems.

Other responsibilities include, laptop and equipment set ups for new hires, 1099, and government contractors. You'll also help ensure clients backend infrastructure is CMMC level II compliant and policies and procedures are complete and accurate to support the Facility clearance requirements.

• Communicating any upcoming network outages or networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users
• Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
• Ability to solve problems in stressful situations and work extra hours until the problem is resolved
• Work with software & hardware providers for purchases, renewals and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail & Time management skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users

$85,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary
