You are an experienced community service technician with at least one year of property maintenance or similar experience, passionate about delivering the utmost customer service as part of a team that interacts primarily with our residents. Overall, you’re responsible for completing service requests in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services as needed, maintaining curb appeal, and optimizing the life and value of our physical assets.
