Position: Weekend Warrior | Shift: Nights | Status: Part-Time / Weekend Program

Wright Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Fairborn, Ohio is hiring LPNs and RNs for our Weekend Warrior Night Shift program. If you’re a dependable nurse who thrives on nights and wants a set schedule with premium weekend pay, we’d love to meet you.

As a Weekend Warrior nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while supporting a safe, respectful, and team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and on time

• Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly

• Documenting care thoroughly and following facility policies and procedures

• Collaborating with CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team

• Supporting admissions, discharges, and routine clinical tasks during night shift

• Maintaining compliance with infection control and safety standards

Required:

• Active Ohio LPN or RN license (in good standing)

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to work weekends consistently (Weekend Warrior commitment)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

Preferred:

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience

• Night shift experience
