Role Overview As a residential HVAC expert, you’ll be the face of AHHS in the field—delivering accurate diagnostics, reliable repairs, and clear communication that earns customer confidence and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities Provide an exceptional service experience through efficient, accurate work and effective communication
Perform maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs on: traditional forced-air systems; steam and hot-water systems; oil units; high-velocity; geothermal; ductless; and related residential equipment
Apply specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues
Manage required truck stock so you can complete flat-rate repairs on-site Educate customers on enhancements to comfort, air & water quality, efficiency, and safety
Assist with developing junior service technicians through coaching and example
Adhere to AHHS service department systems and administrative procedures
Utilize Service Titan platform
Qualifications3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred EPA Universal Certification Thorough knowledge of HVAC best practices and applicable building codes
Proficient in the full scope of HVAC functions
Valid driver’s license
