YEAR-ROUND STABLE 40 HOUR WORK in Fairborn Ohio at Meadowrun Apartments!
Position:
Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician
Schedule:
8:30-5:30 PM Monday through Friday, emergency on-call every other week ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and a minimum of 1.5 hours paid for callouts. That is $2600 a year).
Compensation: $21-25 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750, $500 a year in tool reimbursement and much more.

- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancies
- Perform repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Perform exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in the maintenance field preferred
- 1+ months of experience in apartment maintenance
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing and electrical experience
- E.P.A. HVAC certification a plus
- C.P.O. certification a plus
- Working knowledge of appliances including washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (to be completed during the interview process)
- Competitive pay
- On-call bonus of $100 and minimum 1.5 hours of paid time
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750, totaling up to $3,000 a year
