Worship and Service Programming Director

Faircreek Church exists to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ while creating a church that unchurched people will love to attend.

We are looking for a highly motivated Service Programming Director who is passionate about building irresistible worship experiences that remove barriers, inspire people toward Jesus, and make guests excited to return.

The Service Programming Director will lead the vision, implement creativity, use systems, and be responsible for teams for every weekend experience while developing volunteers and staff who love serving together.

We're looking for a leader who genuinely loves people as much as they love creating engaging worship environments. While this position requires creativity, organization, and technical leadership, its primary focus is building relationships, developing leaders, and shepherding people.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally connects with others, invests in volunteers, builds healthy teams, and creates a culture where people are known, valued, encouraged, and challenged to grow. They understand that great ministry begins with great relationships and that the most important thing they will build is not a service—it is people.

This leader should have a heart for reaching those who are far from God while also caring well for those who serve. They will recruit, mentor, coach, and pastor volunteers and leaders, helping them discover their gifts and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Because this is a senior ministry leadership position, there may also be opportunities to contribute beyond Service Programming. Depending on gifting, experience, and the needs of the church, this role may include participation on Faircreek Church's teaching team through occasional preaching and other teaching opportunities.

• Three or more years of ministry leadership experience.
• Experience leading worship, production, programming, or creative teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
