Fairborn, OH 45324 – 1191 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd.

Salary: $10.70 per hour. Additional pay: $3.69 per delivery fee plus tips.

Potential earnings: $20‑$25 per hour.

A driver primarily delivers pizzas, subs, and other company products using a personal vehicle to customer locations and must be able to perform all crew member functions as necessary.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and no moving violations in the past 36 months.
• Must own a personal vehicle that is properly insured and meets safety requirements as per company and state standards.
• Must provide proof of insurance when requested.
• Must pass the State of Ohio physical requirements for auto licensing.
• Must have knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
• Must know English, including vocabulary and grammar.

• Work at a fast pace.
• Participate in various forms of training.
• Pass required tests.
• Read and understand rules and instructions.
• Stand, walk, and reach for at least 8 hours a day.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds at various times.
• Read maps or use mapping resources to find routes.

• Drive personal vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and deliver food products.
• Determine the best route for deliveries.
• Collect payment from customers and calculate monetary exchanges.
• Use transportation policies and procedures.
• Secure all items for each order before leaving the store.
• Follow all traffic laws.
• Use maps or other resources for best routing results.
• Answer customer questions and concerns regarding products and services.
• Stack or pile containers, materials, or products.
• Place food and beverages in take‑out containers.
• Provide proper and professional customer service on every delivery.
• Listen to oral instructions to determine work assignment.
• Arrive promptly to work each scheduled day in proper uniform.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Deliver orders in inclement weather.

• Perform all crew member essential functions when needed.
• Learn and perform other positions as needed.
• Use professional oral and written communication techniques.
• Apply knowledge of food‑handling rules.
• Understand company and government food service regulations.
