Spherion is hiring Warehouse Workers in Fairborn, OH.

Pay: $17.00 /hr

1st:
Mon-Fri, 7:00a-3:30p, 8 Hour shifts Some OT required.

• -Order Fulfilling:
  Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists, hand-held RF scanners, or voice-pick systems.
• -Packing & Staging:
  Carefully pack finished products into shipping containers, applying proper cushioning and labeling to prevent damage during transit.
• -Inventory Control:
  Conduct basic stock checks, report inventory discrepancies, and help maintain accurate stock counts.
• -Quality Assurance:
  Inspect outgoing products for damage, correct labeling, and proper packaging specifications before staging for shipment.
• -Safety & Housekeeping:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Prior experience as a picker, packer, or warehouse associate in a distribution facility.

High School

0-1 years

• -High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• -Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
• -Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for prolonged periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• -Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate SKU picking and order counts.
• -Basic reading, math, and communication skills to follow written instructions and shipping orders.
• -Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
