- 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in office management, and have a keen eye for detail.
Reporting to the Terminal Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the branch administrative support staff and effectively organizing their activities in support of the truck line.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, schedule, and execute the day-to-day administrative processes within the branch.
- Develop and prepare plans, programs, schedules and required reports.
- Maintain a work environment that aligns with all Trimac policies, procedures, and PPTW initiatives.
- Ensure punctual and consistent physical attendance as a minimum requirement of this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in office administration
- Comprehension of basic accounting procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Possesses and demonstrates the ability to perform assigned tasks in a manner that adheres to the company's Safety, Health, Environmental and Security policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
