- Thursday: 4:00 PM–9:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:15 AM–1:30 PM
Additional paid hours may be available during registration, Open House, Holiday Production, Spring Concert, studio events, and other seasonal initiatives.
OverviewNorma's Academy of Dance is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Studio Experience & Operations Coordinator to serve as both the operational hub and a welcoming ambassador of our studio. As one of the first people our students and families interact with, this role plays a vital part in creating an exceptional experience while embodying the culture, values, and sense of community that define NAOD.
Working closely with the studio director and Enrollment Coordinator, this position oversees front desk operations, family communication, billing administration, event coordination, and administrative systems. Through outstanding customer service, organization, and operational excellence, the Studio Experience & Operations Coordinator helps ensure every student and family feels welcomed, supported, and truly part of the NAOD community from the moment they walk through our doors.
Primary Responsibilities Studio Experience & Front Desk- Welcome students, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage daily front desk operations, phones, emails, opening/closing procedures, and general family support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations, calendars, supplies, inventory, merchandise, and studio systems.
- Coordinate billing administration, including tuition postings, payment processing, outstanding balances, payment reminders, and routine billing inquiries.
- Coordinate recurring operational communication for current families, including weekly emails, newsletters, billing reminders, schedule updates, weather notifications, and event reminders.
Coordinate the planning and operational execution of studio projects and events, including Open House, Holiday Production, Spring Concert, parent meetings, registration events, and other studio events. Responsibilities include managing timelines, logistics, vendors, volunteers, supplies, registration materials, and event details to ensure a seamless experience for families and staff.
Additional paid hours may be available during major events, productions, and seasonal initiatives.
Student & Family Experience- Support new family onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Monitor attendance concerns and coordinate follow‑up.
Preferred experience with:
- Customer service, hospitality, front desk, or family‑facing roles
- Office administration
- Event coordination
- Operations coordination
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Canva
- Studio Pro (training provided)
- Go High Level (training provided)
- Basic inventory management and reporting

Dance experience is appreciated but not required.
Compensation$20.00 per hour
