Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies
• Effectively develop procedures and technical documents for existing and new equipment
• Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create best solutions
• Create learning programs to coach and train technicians
• Create and improve standards (Process Control Strategies and Centerline Packages) to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the site
• Understand and work with state‑of‑the‑art robotics and automated equipment
• Maintain high presence on the manufacturing floor

• A BS in Engineering Discipline or Engineering Technology equivalent experience (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
• 4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment (consumer products a plus)
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed to accommodate our 24‑hour operations
• Good communication skills – written and oral
• Strong leadership capabilities that will allow you to coach others on the use of Operational Excellence
• Systems & Tools experience in data analytics and reporting a plus
