About the RoleAs a Certified RBT
, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, following ABA programs created by a BCBA.
- Implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collecting and recording session data
- Supporting skill development and behavior goals
- Collaborating with your clinical team
- Flexible scheduling
- Supportive supervision and guidance
