Position Overview
Operations Support Analyst (temporary position with potential for full‑time). Provide support across customer service, accounting, transportation, records, claims and returns.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Perform tasks for detailed financial statements and maintain financial subsystems.
- Monitor systems, logs, reports and batch schedule performance in the computer room.
- Determine and resolve first‑level problems, escape issues to appropriate personnel, and document outages.
- Respond to customer inquiries, return requests, credits and discrepancies for parts returns, including shipped‑in‑error, ordered‑in‑error, annual surplus, specials and terminations. Process and complete dealer inquiries and invoice adjustments.
- Trace and expedite inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, prepare claims, reports and issue credits for damages, shortages.
- Check freight bills, verify rates, tariff applications and classifications.
- Maintain inventory record integrity: perform checks, investigate discrepancies, make inventory adjustments, process receipts, and perform reporting functions.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical requirements:
lift 15‑45 pounds; stand or walk 67‑100 % of the time; climb a ladder and/or stairs.
- Positive attitude, ethics and alignment with International Motors’ values.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Team‑player mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
