Job Description
As the Senior Manager – Field Services, you will have direct leadership of the Field Service team, oversee field execution, conduct cost modeling in support of sales, develop project budgets, and manage revenue and margin.
Responsibilities- Provides leadership for the Field Service team, including staffing for future projects and placement of existing headcount to specific projects.
- Manages execution to contract requirements and site service implementation of the contract award.
- Works in conjunction with Sales to build cost modeling for Project Service bids and co-authors RFQ responses aligned with Business Development and Sales Management.
- Responsible for development and maintenance, analysis, and improvement of contracts regarding revenue and margin.
- Responsible for vendor negotiation of services and equipment for Project Services bids and contract awards.
- Responsible for the completion of customer reporting.
- Performs scheduling and assignment of site safety audits.
- Responsible for the P&L for each project and all project roll-ups.
- High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licenses/Certificates/Designations: OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- 7 years required supervision experience in a construction environment.
- 7 years of experience managing a team, projects, and/or facilities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate and prepare for customer needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 8-10 years preferred of supervision experience in a construction environment.
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Lift Equipment Certification preferred.
- Ability to travel 25% - 50%.
$122,328 - $168,201 annually. The amount may vary based on geographic location, education, experience, and shift. Eligible positions may include bonus or sales incentive, commission structure for certain sales roles, and additional benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental, vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
