As the Senior Manager — Field Services, you will have direct leadership of Field Service team, field execution, conducts cost modeling in support of sales, develops project budges, as well as revenue and margin management.
Responsibilities:
Provides Leadership for the Field service team including staffing of Field Service positions for future projects and/or analysis and placement of existing headcount to specific projects
Manages execution to Contract requirements and site service implementation of the contract award.
Works in conjunction with Sales to build cost modeling for Project Service Bids as well as co-authors RFQ responses aligned with Business Development and/or Sales Management
Responsible for development and maintenance, analysis, and improvement of contracts regarding Revenue and Margin
Responsible for vendor negotiation of services and equipment for Project Services Bids and Contract Awards
Responsible for the completion of Customer Reporting
Performs scheduling and assignment of Site Safety Audits
Responsible for the P&L for each Project and all project roll-ups
Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferredLicenses/Certificates/Designations : OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certification preferred
7 years required supervision experience in a construction environment
7 years of experience in managing a team, projects, and/or facilities
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to anticipate and prepare for customer needs
Ability to adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
8-10 years preferred of supervision experience in a construction environment
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, Lift Equipment Certification preferred
Ability to travel 25% – 50%
