Job Summary
We are seeking experienced ECC Registered Nurses to join the team launching our brand-new Free Standing Emergency Department in South Fulton. The goal is to build a strong clinical foundation from day one.
About South Fulton Emergency CareGrady's new Emergency Center represents our commitment to expanding access to expert, compassionate emergency care in the South Fulton community. The 24/7 emergency department will treat adults and children experiencing critical, urgent, and time‑sensitive conditions in a modern, community‑based setting.
Facility Highlights- 16 exam rooms, including two resuscitation rooms for high‑acuity emergencies
- 4 observation rooms for extended monitoring
- Advanced imaging services (CT, X‑ray, and ultrasound)
- Efficiently designed clinical spaces to support rapid patient flow
- A modern waiting area for families and loved ones
- A dedicated community room for health education events
- Emergency Department or Critical Care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
- Experience managing high‑acuity, fast‑paced environments
- Commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and service excellence
- 2 years Adult and Pediatric Emergency Nursing experience
- American Heart Association (ACLS, BLS, PALS) certification
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) preferred
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) preferred
