Intake/Admissions: $70;
Supervisory Visits: $50
Immediate Opening
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and supervise the care of clients with complex needs
- Ensure care plans are effectively developed and followed
- Provide essential support and training to the team
- Direct communication with clients and care coordinators to enhance the quality of care
- Current Georgia nursing license
- BLS certification
- At least two years of experience, preferably with older populations
- Well-versed in home care regulations
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and Professional Liability Insurance
- COVID-19 vaccination or screening
- Negative TB report
- Background check required and random drug testing
