Nurse; RN​/LPN

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Journey

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to join our dynamic healthcare team in Fairburn, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

This position follows a 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. shift schedule.

• Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report concerns to physicians or supervisors
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff, ensuring quality and compliance
• Participate in care planning and documentation
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Promote a safe and infection-controlled environment
• Follow policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines in accordance with regulatory standards

• Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice
• Degree from an accredited nursing college or university
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required
