Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a compassionate, mission driven Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative primary care team.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients from diverse backgrounds in a supportive, community focused environment.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible for Georgia licensure

• Commitment to team based, patient centered care
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, or a genuine interest in caring for a Spanish speaking patient population.
