As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Full Time in Fairburn, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations. • Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the banking location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, and/or security-related activities.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess 1 or more years of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
