Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Fairburn, GA — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.
Pay- Hourly Pay: $25-$29 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Schedule:
First Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Experience with conveyors and repairing Dock Doors, building maintenance experience and general electrical and plumbing repair experience
- Warehouse Positions Pay Each Week

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
- Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
- Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
- Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues
Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
Responsibilities- Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment
- Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines
- Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
- Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
- Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
