Maintenance Technician

Overview

Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Technician to join our team at our 300+ unit property, Solstice of Fairburn.

• Provide exceptional above-standard service to all customers.
• Maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
• This position does require on-call rotation.

• Maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
