Drive commercial frontload or ancillary equipment along designated routes to mechanically collect solid waste and take to post-collection facilities;
Open container enclosures or gates to access cans and dump;
Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle condition report;
Interact with customers and/or the public along the route;
Maintain and submit DOT logbook, route/productivity sheet, and post-trip inspection;
Maneuver truck into and out of minimum clearance spaces using mirrors;
Use GPS to locate service addresses;
Follow safe operating practices and lock out/tag out procedures;
Monitor operations for debris and ensure safety at customer sites;
Adhere to DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, EPA regulations;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
