Permanent Full Time Inventory Clerk

Fairburn, GA

Pay:
Hourly $21.50 with a $1.50 shift differential, paid weekly.

This role involves managing inventory processes and ensuring accuracy within the warehouse.

  Sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts with clamp attachments

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more of warehouse experience preferred
• One year or more of forklift operation experience preferred
• One year or more of Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location
• Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment
• Multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle record checks, a road test, and/or background checks as required by the customer.

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with an emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
