Warehouse Material Handler – Fairburn, Georgia (Full-time)

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to join our supply chain team in Fairburn, Georgia. The position pays $19.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, paid weekly. On-the-job paid training is provided. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) benefits start after 30 days, and paid time off is included. Safety gear is provided. • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One year or more of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse work environment
• Meticulous, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record
• High initiative, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to health and safety methods and flexible shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours
• Complete other duties as assigned while meeting performance measurement guidelines
