Warehouse Lead

Location:

Fairburn, GA (Fully onsite)

Shifts:

• Inbound 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday through Sunday, 5:00 pm – 5:00 am

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, employee timecard exceptions and productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent them fully in periods of absence when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in warehouse operations and activities.
• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet production goals and KPIs of the site (schedule may fluctuate).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
