Warehouse Material Handler

Ryder is hiring a full‑time Warehouse Material Handler located in Fairburn, Georgia.

• $19.50 per hour
• $1.50 shift differential

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during the core shift hour of production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid forklift operator’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Team player able to work within a diverse work environment.
• Professional relationship building at all organizational levels.
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and maintains a good attendance record.
• Initiative and high level of accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Adherence to health and safety methods.
• Available to work flexible shifts.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
