Overview

Position: Warehouse Material Handler
Location: Fairburn, Georgia
Employment Type: Full‑time

Pay: $19.50 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential paid weekly.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid forklift operator’s license (certified)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team‑player mindset in a diverse work environment
• Professional relationship building at all organizational levels
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual with a good attendance record
• Minimal supervision required for independent work
• High initiative and accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Adheres to health and safety methods
• Available for flexible scheduling and various shifts
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products, and manage loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Perform additional duties as assigned
