Warehouse Supervisor – Fairburn, GA

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Fairburn, GA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay: $72,000.

Schedule:

Friday – Sunday, 6pm – 6am (paid twice per month).

Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor supervises, coordinates, and oversees day‑to‑day logistics operations, provides coaching, development, and training to staff, and recommends improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes.

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager, ensuring they meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate activities of the workers for optimal shift/team logistics.
• Account for site KPIs; work with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
• Promote team spirit with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend performance awards or merit increases, and address performance problems through corrective action.
• Maintain positive labor relations, understand labor agreements, and implement health & safety and security initiatives.
• Provide appropriate orientation for employees and lead hands by giving necessary information, technology, and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• DOT regulated, no applicable restrictions.

Salary: $72,000 per year, paid twice per month.
