Role
Summary:
Supervises technicians, ensures correct execution of inventory pulls, palletization, scanning, and Maximo coordination. Ensures quality, safety, and workflow accuracy across Records Center tasks.
- Assign daily tasks to technicians, monitor productivity, and validate accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on barcodes, pallets, and Maxio location data.
- Ensure safe operation of lifts and scanning equipment.
- Support workflows, destruct pulls, and non-transmittal pulls.
- Escalate issues such as missing boxes, mismatched barcodes, or retention conflicts.
- Warehouse supervision
