Overview

Compensation

Salary: $45,000‑$55,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Be the main resource for residents and ownership partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate service requests from intake through completion while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
  • Schedule and oversee inspections, preventative services, repairs, and vendor activities to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, invoices, and data within company systems and software platforms.
  • Build and manage strong relationships while monitoring service quality, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness.
  • Respond to urgent issues with a calm, solutions‑oriented approach while keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, facilities coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer‑focused approach.
  • Experience working with property management, CRM, or operational software systems preferred.
  • Ability to remain resourceful in fast‑moving situations.
  • Comfortable collaborating with vendors, clients, residents, and internal team members across multiple priorities.
  • Growth‑minded professional who embraces feedback, continuous learning, and process improvement.
