Job Duties
Provide administration of all aspects of resource deployment and associated record keeping related to timekeeping/payroll by providing necessary documentation to the departments assuring compliance with federal and state policies, rules, regulations and external regulatory body requirements. Applies guidelines from internal standards as well as from external standards. Assure accuracy of individual and aggregate data bases and records. Responsible for ensuring all actions are handled in a timely, confidential & professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience to analyze, problem solve and audit, scheduling, leave time and general timekeeping information
Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel & Word software packages.
Additional Considerations
Experience in Strong interpersonal/customer service skills.
Prior work experience in an office setting preferred;
Prior Experience With Payroll And/or Timekeeping Functions Preferred
College degree preferred.
