Automotive Loaner Car Clerk

Description Responsibilities

• Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles.
• Inspect, document, and prepare vehicles for each customer use.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments and conditions.
• Assist customers courteously and ensure a smooth loaner process.
• Collaborate with service and management teams to track and manage fleet availability.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in automotive service, rental, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
