As part of CGI s global Health and Well‑being Center of Expertise, you will collaborate with colleagues around the world to support the development and evolution of CGI s well‑being strategies and resources. While you will be part of a global, multicultural team, your primary focus will be driving the implementation, promotion, and continuous improvement of health and well‑being initiatives across CGI s U.S. Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
In this role, you will help position Health and Well‑being as a strategic partner that enhances the satisfaction and success of CGI s three stakeholders—clients, partners, and shareholders—with a direct and tangible impact on the experience of our U.S. CGI Partners.
This position sits within the global Human Resources organization and reports directly to the Health and Well‑being Lead in the United States. You ll join a collaborative team that values shared expertise and partnership. The role combines the strength and structure of a global function with the opportunity to adapt and implement activities that meet the unique needs, cultures, and realities of our U.S. business.
With a diverse scope of responsibilities, you will be at the heart of advancing workplace well‑being and helping shape a positive, supportive experience for CGI Partners across the United States.
CGI will consider candidates in close proximity to any US office with a preference for Fairfax, VA and other East coast locations. CGI utilizes a hybrid model, and partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI office, as needed.
Your future duties and responsibilitiesAs a Health & Well‑being professional supporting two U.S. Strategic Business Units (SBUs), you will help develop, implement, and enhance CGI s Health & Well‑being (H&W) offering. Working closely with the Health & Well‑being Lead, HR Business Partners, and other HR/CoE teams, you will:
- Health & Well‑being Expertise & Partnership — Serve as a subject‑matter expert for HR Business Partners, COEs, and internal stakeholders by providing guidance, best practices, and H&W insights. Build strong collaborative relationships across HR and CoE teams to understand needs and recommend H&W solutions aligned with CGI Partner and business priorities. Participate in cross‑functional HR and Corporate Services projects as the H&W representative.
- Program Development, Delivery & Operations — Co‑create, adapt, and deploy H&W programs, resources, and initiatives tailored to the needs and realities of U.S. CGI Partners within the SBUs. Manage and promote key well‑being programs such as the My Assistance Program (MAP), Mental Health First Aid community, and other peer‑to‑peer networks. Coordinate with external vendors to design and oversee initiatives within set budget parameters.
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes. - Training, Education & Communications — Develop and deliver customized trainings, workshops, and presentations—virtually and in person—to increase awareness and engagement in H&W initiatives. Create and support communication plans for the SBUs, including recurring digital content such as Teams posts, newsletters, and targeted internal communications (in partnership with Comms).
- Planning, Reporting & Continuous Improvement — Contribute to the annual H&W action plan, budget, and timeline for U.S. SBUs. Analyze H&W data and develop quarterly reports to highlight trends, measure impact, and inform decision‑making with HRBPs and CoEs.
